Assignment:
Assist Exclusive Resorts in enhancing the quality of their member events while also increasing demand for certain properties around shoulder-season.

Solution:
We created a series of distinctive luxury “experiences” tied to lifestyle activities that serve as a platform to connect the company with members (beyond beds) and also showcase certain destinations/properties within their geographic footprint.

Results:
Our “member experience” program spans a variety of lifestyle activities ranging from sportfishing for original art to sailing with America’s Cup legends. Each program provides a truly exclusive, high-end and turn-key experience for Exclusive Resorts members and guests. This program has generated significant incremental revenue for Exclusive Resorts, has been the “buzz” among members, and has increased demand/bookings at each of the destinations where we execute.
