Doug is the founder and President of Penfield Marketing Group. He is a seasoned sports and lifestyle marketing executive with 20 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, business development and management. In addition to Penfield Marketing, Doug has held leadership positions Clarion Marketing & Communications, Sports Franchises Inc., and Pacific Fishing Magazine. He is a proven leader, well known for his marketing strategies, creativity, relationships, vision and ability to build brands.

When he’s not at Penfield, Doug can be found sailing, fishing, skiing or biking. He is a graduate of Skidmore College and resides in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
